Basic Green Drink
Recipe for Green Drink (kids even like this one)
Into a blender throw one banana and some other fruit. I use peaches or pears or an apple.
Chop up one raw zucchini. Add a handful of TJs chopped greens (often chard or whatever is available that is chopped and cleaned and easy from TJs) Add one heaped tablespoon of TJs green berry powder. Add Kangen water just to cover the fruit and veggies. If you don’t have a Kangen machine (sadness) use Crystal Geyser. You do want water that is alkaline in this drink, for your best health results.
Blend and serve on Ice.
